SQA Specialist Capex & Tooliing

Your Task:

 

 

Supplier Quality assurance of Capex and tooling for Nordex Group, including Repair/Rework/Refurbishment of transportation tooling, frames, installation tools, and when needed support also on CAPEX production tooling.

  • Qualification of new suppliers. Audit process and assessment
  • Homologation of new product and reworked/repaired/refurbished products
  • First Article Inspection activities / first samples in coordination with Sourcing and Engineering
  • Quality assurance during serial production
  • Planning of audits and follow up visits and inspections to suppliers including documentations & End -End product compliance
  • Nonconformity Management with suppliers
  • Establish control plans and drive suppliers Quality improvements.
  • Implementation of APQP4Wind in the supply chain of responsibility
  • Ability to work with different business cultures, support SQA activities outside India (e.g. China, Europe)

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

 

  • Engineering degree or similar
  • Experience in Quality Tools, APQP4wind, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests), Welding procedures & Inspections.
  • Experience in leading supplier audits, audit reports and action plans.
  • Systematic problem-solving behavior
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to travel (40-50% annually)
