Tasks:
- Project expense control (deviations, update, exchange with PMs, etc.), analysis & reporting
- Financial support to PMs, TLs and HoD Portfolio Management.
- Project risk management
- Team costs forecast & purchase request creation.
- Data extraction and analysis for funding projects.
- Alignment with the Commercial Engineering Team.
- Generic and individual resource cost control and update in the MS Project server.
- Project reporting for management committees
- Maintain the cost object data in the project server together with the project managers, resource responsible.
- Maintain and create further support tools for handling the portfolio financial data.
- Support the implementation of new processes in managing the Engineering Project Portfolio.
- Support in PfM activities.
- Proved project management and controlling experience. (min. 3 years’ experience)
- Familiar with project planning in MS project and MS Office
- Team worker and good communication skills
- Skills in reporting and evaluation tools (SQL, MS Excel, VBA, Power BI, SAP BI).
- Very good organizational skills, structured approach and creative solution finder.
