YOUR TASKS:
- Analysis of current supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current logistics processes to identify areas for automation and digitalization
- Develop and manage project plans for implementing digitalization, automation and supply chain improvement initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with overall business objectives and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, and logistics to ensure project buy-in and successful implementation
Research, evaluate, and recommend best-in-class automation technologies (e.g., robotics, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems) - Develop and implement training programs for employees on new technologies and processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in economics, industrial engineering or business informatics
- Alternatively, comparable completed vocational training with corresponding further qualification or professional experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a project/process manager in the field of materials management/logistics/digitalization
- Experience in methods of end-to-end process analysis and process optimization as well as risk management
- Analytical thinking, plenty of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
- Very strong team and communication skills combined with very good knowledge in English
- Experience in spare parts management would be a plus
