Your Roles:

 

 

  • Create all the project documentation for the daily work inside PCT for all the Industrialization projects. (Create and upload into the SharePoint the Project Report)
  • Gathering of relevant Project information for preparation of PCT Tools (e.g. Pickup Planning) and structures (e.g. PCT Planning Docs, Action Logs) for the Pre -released projects by GPO.
  • Maintain the relevant Project information for preparation of PCT Tools (e.g. Pickup Planning) and structures (e.g. PCT Planning Docs, Action Logs) changes in the Project  documentation until the CAO of the project. (Monthly GPO Updates in Master Schedule)
  • Clean-up the relevant Project information for preparation of PCT Tools (e.g. Pickup Planning) and structures (e.g. PCT Planning Docs, Action Logs) when a pre-release in cancelled by GPO.
  • Gather all the weekly information from all the PCT interfaces and create the Weekly Report.
  • Create the MS comparative file to help to identify the schedule changes in projects on PRE status.
  • Create the traffic Light comparator between Project Reports and Operational schedule to highlight the conflicts in the actual projects.
  • Lead the Reconfiguration interface with Industrial Engineering.
  • Archive the projects already handover to Service Department.

 

 

Your Profile:

 

 

  • English: fluent written and spoken
  • MS Office applications (MS Project, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint): good knowledge SharePoint
  • Project Management: basic knowledge
  • Production: basic knowledge
  • Logistic: basic knowledge
  • Strong planning & organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intercultural understanding
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Assertiveness
  • Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Commercial education with minimum 5 years relevant work experience in operations
  • Very good Excel/skills
  • Ability to work productively in multitask teams and team player attitude.
  • Experience in the wind industry or similar industries (young industries, high growth rates, dynamic environments, constant changes
