JOB DESCRIPTION  :
  • Coordinate and manage a team of PQA technicians to ensure the accurate execution of operational incoming and outgoing products inspection.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance programs, improving organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee the planning of quality inspections as well as the validation of received materials and final product inspections.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality initiatives by managing related projects and driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and develop the quality management system for the assigned area, creating necessary reports and documentation
  • Manage and inspect initial samples, series components, and safety-relevant components.
    Provide assistance and training in quality topics and support comprehensive quality reports. 

JOB PURPOSE :

  • Working within the PQA team, reporting to the PQA Manager, the PQA supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating a PQA team, ensuring the quality of incoming and outgoing products.  
  • You would collaborate closely with production and global areas to maintain quality standards. Your role is to oversee product inspections, implement quality measures, and ensure compliance with quality systems. By maintaining quality control, you will contribute to the delivery of quality products and support the operational efficiency of the plant. 
YOUR  PROFILE:
  • Engineering technician, or FP II (vocational training) with extensive experience.
  • Desirable 5-7 years in quality.  
  • Excellent problem solving capability. With teamwork abilities.
  • Good communication skills.
