YOUR TASKS:

• Identify and use process-specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain safety standards.
• Set up and verify tools as per process requirements to enable smooth operations.
• Execute tasks accurately on the first attempt to minimize errors and rework.
• Focus on critical checkpoints and quality parameters to achieve defect-free output.
• Adhere to delivery schedules, achieve shift targets, and eliminate rework time.
• Use BOM and non-BOM materials efficiently to reduce waste and control costs 

YOUR PROFILE:

• ITI (NCVT)
• 2- 4 years of experience in Blade production
• Experience in Prefab, Mould, & Finishing departments
• English, Tamil & Hindi is preferrable
