Mechanical Engineer (Pitch & Yaw System)

Your Tasks:

  • Calculation and dimensioning machinery elements (bearings, gears, couplings, brakes, …)
  • Homologation of wind turbine drive train components
  • Creation of specifications, requirement specifications and functional specifications.
  • Support to DFMEA activities related to drivetrain system and components
  • Support to Service during the complete lifetime cycle.

 

Your Profile:

  • Knowledge of drive train components
  • Knowledge of drive train calculation software beneficial (Kisssoft, BearinX, Alaska, …)
  • Knowledge on DFMEA tool (APIS -IQ)
  • Flexibility and dynamism in the execution of tasks. Ability to work as a team and transverse communication.
  • 5 years in the wind turbine sector is preferred.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
