Key Responsibilities
- Ensure material deliveries according to project schedules and system demands
- Create purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to secure confirmations and delivery dates
- Coordinate closely with Sourcing, Material Handling, Quality, and Project Execution teams to resolve issues and maintain delivery reliability
- Track missing parts, and escalation topics, ensuring corrective actions are implemented
- Coordinate with site teams for local deliveries and urgent needs
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP system (dates, status, quantities) to support reliable planning
- Prepare reports and track KPIs related to delivery performance, supplier reliability, and material readiness
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within planning and supplier coordination processes
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in material planning, procurement, vendor coordination, or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with SAP (MM or relevant modules) or other ERP systems
- Strong follow‑up skills, attention to detail, and structured working style
- Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and suppliers
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage several priorities in parallel
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of SAP (MM or relevant modules) or similar ERP systems
- Experience in project‑based supply chains or EPC environments
- Exposure to global supplier networks and logistics processes
- Knowledge of planning or reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience working with wind projects or renewable energy supply chains (nice to have)
