Roles & Responsibility:

Operations & Coordination: 

  • Coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of materials.
  • Oversee loading/unloading/supplying operations, coordinate accordingly and optimize ressources.
  • Optimize and control material delivery to the point of use following FIFO and FEFO principles.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships between plant and external warehouses.
  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse sta ; plan shifts and allocate tasks.
  • Manage transportation scheduling and carrier coordination for inbound 3PL flow.

Process Improvement & Systems:

  • Analyze warehouse processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and workflow using Lean and 5S principles.
  • Implement automation tools for improved productivity.
  • Drive SAP & eWM system improvements, ensuring 100% adherence to standards.
  • Plan and execute future improvements related to warehouse capacity and utilization.
  • Plan for future capacity and participate in infrastructure improvement projects.

Performance & Cost Control:

  • Define and monitor Warehouse KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with assigned budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) and monitor monthly spending.
  • Support infrastructure and resource planning to maintain a safe and e icient workplace.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead and motivate the team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Organize regular feedback sessions and foster engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
  • Support initiatives to drive inventory mindset across the organization.
  • Participate in safety and improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean initiatives).

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering / MBA

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in Warehouse
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP eWM (S/4HANA)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in managing mid-sized teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and reporting.
  • High proficiency in WH metrics, reporting, and co-ordination with CFT
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
