YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Co-ordinate HSE communications both reactive and proactive via various methods.
  • Update training materials and administer programmes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HSE functions to optimize processes and performance.
  • Co-ordinate the company level HSE reward scheme
  • Co-ordinate global HSE related surveys, and consequent actions.
  • Co-ordinate new IT tool proposals and feature developments for existing software
  • HSE process management and modelling within the company tool.
  • Development of data reporting dashboards, intelligent data review
  • Deliver weekly/monthly reporting, trend analysis reports and deep data analysis on cause
  • Perform data validation audits to ensure data integrity and address findings
  • Co-ordinate global HSE responses to HSE/Sustainability requests from clients, auditors
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding HSE data and processes.
  • Perform HSE screening of suppliers in the Sourcing tool, and follow up
  • Maintain RACI matrix for HSE topics

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Health and Safety or Environmental qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HSE or Project support function.
  • Proficiency in use of business software and MS Excel / PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong organisation, planning and team working skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Decision making, capable of identifying when to escalate

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working within ISO accredited organisations
  • Experience of multinational environments where language and timezone need to be considered.
  • Experience working with SAP, Quentic, BIC, ServiceNow.
