YOUR TASKS:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement QHSE strategy aligned with global objectives and local regulatory requirements. Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all functions.
- Cross-Functional Interface: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Service teams to embed quality and safety standards throughout product lifecycle. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and senior leadership for QHSE initiatives.
- Quality Management: Lead implementation of APQP, PPAP, and other automotive quality tools for new product launches. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and customer-specific requirements. Drive Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to improve process capability and reduce defects.
- Integrated Management System: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering Quality, Environment, and Safety. Conduct internal audits and ensure readiness for external certification audits.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing QHSE team, fostering leadership and technical excellence. Implement training and capability-building programs to strengthen organizational competence.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international safety regulations and environmental standards. Implement robust risk management frameworks for operational safety and product quality.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs for quality, safety, and environmental performance, report progress to senior leadership. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for major quality or safety incidents.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Certifications in Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) and APQP.
- Minimum 15+ years in Quality Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in Automotive industry standards and supplier quality management.
- Proven experience in implementing Integrated Management Systems and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in global organizations with multi-site operations.
- Familiarity with digital quality tools and Industry 4.0 practices.

Integrated Management System
Audit Performance: 100% certification compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).
Internal Audit Closure: All findings closed within 30 days.
Leadership & Team Development
Employee Engagement Score: Achieve target engagement within QHSE team.
Training Hours: measure minimum hours per employee annually on QHSE and continuous improvement.
