Group Lead - Operational Group Reporting

Your Tasks:

Operational Group Reporting & Consolidation (Primary Focus)

• Operational consolidation of financial data at Group level (Actuals, Forecast, Budget)
• Preparation and execution of standardized Group reports
• Expansion of reporting scope including OPEX, CAPEX and personnel cost reporting
• Ensuring data quality, consistency and plausibility
• Data preparation for ad-hoc requests (analysis and interpretation remain with HQ)
• Documentation and standardization of reporting processes

Team Leadership & Team Build-up

• Disciplinary leadership of a small and growing team in India
• Team onboarding, task allocation and operational coordination
• Ensuring delivery quality and adherence to timelines
• Acting as operational interface between India and HQ Germany

Collaboration & Governance

• Execution of standards and priorities defined by Group Controlling Germany
• Support of step-by-step transition of operational tasks to India
• Continuous improvement of efficiency and scalability

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Controlling
• Several years of experience in Controlling, Finance or Reporting
• Strong understanding of P&L structures and consolidation logic
• Hands-on operational mindset
• Initial leadership experience is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP BW (via Analysis for excel)
• Very good English skills
• Structured, reliable and process-oriented working style
