Group Lead - Operational Excellence

YOUR TASKS:

  • Support the existing Training Coordinator for external target groups (customers & subcontractors) in planning, coordination, and administration of training activities, including the implementation of technical trainings (blended learning, virtual classes, and classroom formats)
  • Consult external customers on our training portfolio in a customer-centric way and support internal stakeholders and regional coordinators on training offerings and processes
  • Assist in annual and quarterly training planning, bringing a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to align training needs with business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with specialist departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement, Marketing), regional training organizations, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of training activities
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of training data in the Learning Management System (LMS) and support related administrative processes with a high level of attention to detail
  • Monitor KPIs and reports to evaluate training effectiveness and actively support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proactively bring forward improvement ideas and participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency

YOUR  PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in SAP implementation in the service area.
  • Prior experience in S4HANA transformation projects, particularly in the service domain.
  • Familiarity with service processes in the wind energy sector is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end service processes (Service Contracts, Finance, Maintenance, Material Management, and After-Sales).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the team effectively in stakeholder meetings.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multinational environment and manage offshore teams
