YOUR TASKS:

  • Lead and manage the offshore team of key users, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.  
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development and daily responsibilities.  
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with the team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.  
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all questions related to the offshore team’s development and activities.  
  • Represent the team in UAT calls, providing updates, insights, and solutions.  
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to address and resolve issues related to the implementation process.  
  • Present the team’s progress and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Ensure alignment with project timelines and organizational goals.  
  • Utilize knowledge of SAP S4HANA to guide the team in implementing end-to-end service processes, including:  
  • Service Contracts/ Service Finance and Controlling/Service Operations and Maintenance/Material Management/After-Sales Services
  • Provide insights and solutions to optimize service area processes within S4HANA  
  • Handle performance management, workload distribution, and conflict resolution within the team  
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability  
  • Be the S4HANA key user to support the daily business operations as and when needed


YOUR  PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 15+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in SAP implementation in the service area  
  • Prior experience in S4HANA transformation projects, particularly in the service domain 
  • Familiarity with service processes in the wind energy sector is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end service processes (Service Contracts, Finance, Maintenance, Material Management, and After-Sales)
