Group Lead - Master Data Governance

Your Tasks:
- Lead the operational team to manage data creation and change and ensure compliance with global standards for material master data
- Key bridge between the operational team and the material master data governance
- Enhance data standards and implement robust controls to ensure consistent and standardized reporting within the master data environment, with a focus on Teamcenter and SAP
- Manage and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams in close collaboration with Engineering, Material Management, Finance, Service and IT Teams across multiple countries
- Lead the operational team and establish accuracy and consistency of material-related data across the interface between PLM and ERP
Your Profile:
- BE / Btech graduate and Master's degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Know-how in MDM tools (SAP), MS Office and experienced with tools for data analysis, such as Power BI, BW etc.
- 10+ years in managerial role, and experience in master data management, with a strong background in SAP HANA.
- High level of quality awareness, teamworker and solution orientation, clear and structured communication
