Engineer - Blade Structures

Your Tasks:

  • Perform structural analysis of rotor blades and blade components using FEM under various load conditions (design loads, site specific loads, others)
  • Support the development of In-house software solutions for blade development within blade engineering using python
  • Tool development for automized modelling and structural analysis of rotor blades and blade components made of fiber reinforced composites with focus on numerical methods (e.g. FEM)
  • Creation of documentation for certification of rotor blades

 

Your Profile:

  • BE/Btech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil or similar and ME/Mtech in Structural Engineering
  • Experience in FEA in Blade or Composite components
  • Working experience in Python
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience from Blade industry.
