Your Tasks
HSE Compliance & Improvement
Monitor and analyze HSE audit findings.

  • Conduct and manage global HSE assessments.
  • Identify and evaluate HSE risks, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sustainability teams on HSE-related requirements.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen HSE performance.

Project & Process Management

  • Define and manage project scope, requirements, objectives, and implementation plans.
  • Initiate, track, and manage projects through the Accelerator tool.
  • Identify project resource needs and coordinate required support.
  • Develop business cases and secure project funding where required.
  • Establish project KPIs, measures, and success indicators.
  • Identify and coordinate IT requirements for project implementation.
  • Develop training and communication plans to support project delivery.
  • Conduct project reviews and stakeholder alignment meetings.
  • Monitor, track, and report project progress and performance.
  • Escalate risks and issues where necessary.
  • Ensure successful project completion and closure.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify risks and opportunities related to HSE compliance and adequacy.
  • Drive HSE maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional HSE development and improvement projects across the business.
  • Develop and enhance HSE concepts, processes, and systems.
  • Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Ensure alignment and engagement with key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
  • Review and report project performance to management.
  • Support sustainability-related HSE requirements and initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in HSE processes and performance.
  • Ensure projects are successfully implemented and closed in accordance with business objectives.
