Converter Control Engineer

Your Tasks:

As a member of the Converter Control Development Team, you will develop software functions for the Nordex inhouse converter, that is one of the most relevant parts of Nordex wind turbines.

  • Development of application software for wind turbine power converter in Matlab/Simulink
  • PLC programming and library development in C/C++
  • Specification of application software in typical agile tools (Confluence, JIRA or equivalents)
  • Specifying and developing validation tests for power converter application software.
  • Support power converter test bench validation
  • Collaborate closely with power converter hardware development team & internal departments

 

Your Profile:

  • BE/BTech graduate in Electrical Engineering or ME/MTech in Power System with working experience in Power Converter Sectors.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience is mandatory.
