Material Planner (m/f/d)

DEPARTMENT:  Logistics / Material Management

MISSION: ensure the timely availability of components within the scope of PM EPC.

 

TASKS:

Delivery planning, placing orders and delivery follow up.

Coordination with the suppliers, Sourcing, Logistics Execution, Quality and Project Execution office.

Tracking of non conformity parts and missing parts.

Coordination with Site for local deliveries.

Reporting and KPIs.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed studies (business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office required.
  • Organized, proactive and decisive. Knowledge and experience in supplier management and teamwork. Used to managing IT tools for planning and supplying. Goal-oriented.
  • +2 years of relevant professional experience in the procurement or management of materials
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Fluent English language skills. Knowledge of German is beneficial.
  • Willigness to be hired with a temporary contract
