Group Lead Master Data Management (m/f/d)

In this strategic key role, you take full ownership of Master Data Management within the Spare Parts organization. As part of the Parts Excellence Leadership team, you ensure that global data standards, systems, and processes are efficient, scalable, and seamlessly integrated across the entire value chain.


YOUR TASKS
• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to the Spare Parts Master Data Management team
• Define, implement, and enforce global data governance policies and master data standards
• Manage and continuously improve master data processes within ERP environments such as SAP S/4HANA
• Support global ERP rollouts with focus on data structures, mapping, and validation of material master data
• Drive digital transformation by implementing automated workflows to improve data quality and consistency
• Collaborate closely with IT, SAP Inhouse Consulting, Controlling, Purchasing, Logistics, and international teams
• Ensure a synchronized, high-quality, and reliable master data foundation across the global spare parts network


YOUR PROFILE
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in Master Data Management within ERP environments, preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA (MM, SD, FI, CO)
• Proven experience in leading teams or managing complex projects in an international environment
• Strong understanding of how master data impacts logistics and financial processes
• Experience with data governance frameworks and modern data integration tools is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders
• Willingness to travel internationally, around 20-25%
