Global PQA Digital Transformation & Process Support Intern (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Global PQA Digital Transformation & Process Support Trainee (m/f/d) in Nacelles Global Production Quality Assurance (Quality Nacelles). The main tasks and responsibilities will be as follows:

 

 

MY TASKS:

  • Supporting the digital transformation of Quality Assurance processes through the development and implementation of digital solutions
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Apps to support, standardize, and optimize Quality Assurance processes
  • Creating, updating, and improving Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring the availability of reliable and up-to-date KPIs for business stakeholders
  • Assisting in the automation of reporting activities and data management processes to improve efficiency and data quality
  • Collaborating with different departments to identify opportunities for process digitalization and continuous improvement
  • Supporting the analysis, monitoring, and visualization of quality-related data to facilitate data-driven decision-making
  • Participating in digital transformation projects and providing support on additional tasks within the Quality Assurance department

 

 

MY PROFILE:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field
  • Advanced level of English is required (C1)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and/or Power BI) is highly valued
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions
  • Interest in process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Good organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
