YOUR TASK

 

- Development of 2Dl3D FEM (Finite Element Method) models for different configurations of electrolysis stacks, as a function of operating conditions (pressure/temperature) and characteristics of the chosen materials. Structural analysis.

- Finite element simulation of elastomers and analysis of non-linear elements (plasticity, creep, deformation), creep, deformation).

- Prototype sealing strategies.
- Support in the assembly activities of hydrogen production prototypes.

- Mechanical and stress analysis of tanks and pressure lines.
- Support in the calculation of supports for electrolysis systems.

- Preparation and interpretation of assembly drawings.
- Preparing purchase requisitions for equipment or equipment components.

- Preparation of documents (procedures, manuals, reports...) derived from the previous activities.
- Participation in dissemination, popularisation and industrial training activities.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

- Degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering or similar.

- Valuable knowledge in FEM simulation (desirable Ansys); CAD design knowledge (desirable Siemens NX); Design and calculation of structures; Knowledge of hydrological technologies.

- High English level.

- Ability to make presentations and conduct/maintain meetings with foreign suppliers/customers.

- At least 5 years of experience in the hydrogen sector carrying out work related to the mechanical calculation using FEM simulation tools.

- Participation in activities related to structural design, such as supports, pressure lines and reservoirs.

- Experience in linear analysis of structures and computational modeling of highly nonlinear media.

- Participation in research projects related to hydrogen technologies.
