Leading international manufacturer of wind turbines worldwide, present in several countries across the world seeks qualified Operation Real Estate Manager within the development of its activities to fill the following position in daily operations in;
Serve as the primary contact for Global Operations on all real estate and construction-related matters. Functionally integrated into the Corporate Real Estate Management (Corp. REM) organization, with a disciplinary reporting line to the Operations division.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for global production sites regarding real estate and construction issues.
- Prepare, implement, and oversee construction and refurbishment projects for all factories worldwide.
- Collaborate with local teams, Corp. REM, and external service providers and consultants.
- Conduct site analyses and provide input for business case evaluations related to production real estate matters.
- Prepare cost estimates for construction projects and real estate requirements.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and quality during both building and operational phases.
- Develop and improve standards.
- Advise and support annual budgeting processes.
- Maintain active stakeholder communication with internal departments and external planners.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate Management or related fields.
- Proven track record in portfolio management and factory construction/refurbishment projects.
- Experience in managing external service providers and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Degree or vocational training in Real Estate Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar disciplines.
- Expertise in project management (new construction, refurbishment, site relocation).
- Technical understanding of building systems, maintenance, and facility management.
Soft Skills
- English fluency is mandatory for international communication.

- Organizational talent and ability to coordinate multiple complex projects and topics.
- Team player with experience in interdisciplinary and intercultural collaboration.
