Blades Services Operations Support Analyst

MY TASK: 

• Elaboration and revision of documents:
  • Support on procedures and reports;
  • Support the team on the analysis of the repair/inspection result reports;
  • Elaborate and update the processes documents;
• Technical support on the operating blade fleet:
  • Support on the availability analysis;
  • Support on the RCAs, including visits in the WF with possible climbing up on the WTG;
  • Support on the defect analysis and its categorization.
• Back-office support to the field teams:
  • Elaborate and update the KPI’s to monitor the safety and quality of field campaigns;
  • Organize the people documentation, including training and certification requirements;
  • Manage the database for the area management;
  • Support on the technician’s travel
• Resources management support:
  • Support the coordinators on the tools and equipment’s management;
  • Support the coordinators on sending the tools and equipment to the destination WF;
  • Support the coordinators on the materials and stock management;
• Researching and development of new materials, methods and solutions for blades repair and inspection.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is desired, but similar degree can be considered.
• Complementary Training: Domain in MS Office and basic knowledge in Power BI. Couses in Logistics or foreign business areas will be a plus.
