  • Coordinate 4 to 8 Blade Repair Teams;
  • Planning and control of work execution;
  • First contact for blade repair team;
  • Create repair and inspection documentation for internal customers;
  • Optimize work execution to increase efficiency;
  • Deliver work documentation to local customers;
  • Organize correct tooling, equipment and material to execute repairs;​​​​​​​
  • Report work progress actively to internal stakeholders;
  • Organize team travels;
  • Document and report costs.
