Mission: The job holder is a key member in Global Blade Service responsible for providing of technical support for Global Service and Global PM in blade related topics. This is achieved through a strong communication with the field providing technical knowledge in a professional way using all defined and available tools, methods and documentation.



  • Technical analysis and evaluation of blade related documentation and incidents (e.g. inspection reports, repair reports) and derivation of measures. Communication of the measures to the respective requestor.
  • Providing technical support for internal and external NX interfaces (e.g. claim negotiations)
  • Work according the processes (if available)
  • Technical and coordinative interface for NX internal and external requests
  • Training and sharing your knowledge is a responsibility of the experienced Blade Specialist
  • Maintain, optimize and use the blade database (create customized reports, analyse the fleet behaviour)
  • Checking and approving of internal documentation (e.g. work instructions)
  • Creating of technical reports
  • Maintain, optimize or create templates (e.g. inspection protocol)
  • Being responsible as single point of contact for defined topics
  • Prepare and lead negotiations
  • Carry out of analysis and derive measures
  • Participation and collaboration in creation and optimizing of processes, concepts and technical and non-technical subjects
  • Customer visits
  • Take over tasks as a deputy



  • Related studies or comparable assimilated knowledge through experience
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience
  • English fluent spoken and written.
  • Experience in operational Service business is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of relevant MS Office is a must
  • Basic knowledge of relevant SAP is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of production processes and materials of blades is a must
