IT Change & Processes Technician (m/f/d)

MISSION:

 

The main purpose of this position is to support the management of the function's processes and to ensure proper communication across the IT department from a global point of view, internally and with the other IT business functions in Nordex.

 

MY TASKS:

  • Apply and maintain the main principles and procedures across Nordex IT in terms of Change Management.
  • Create articles into the Nordex Company group portals related to the IT Department (Intranet, IT&O blog, IT Department spaces)
  • Maintain IT collaboration tools and channels, managing the proper information and documents.
  • Support governance activities related to change and communication management.
  • Develop change and communications strategies that inform, engage, and persuade employees and support overall organizational change initiatives.
  • Maintain the IT organization’s process landscape up to date.
  • Use the company's corporate tool to reflect the function's processes.
  • Follow the company's standard methodology for managing processes.
  • Represent IT and contribute to the company process community.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Qualification: Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of representation and drawing of processes.
  • Capacity to understand and represent business processes.
  • Organized and structured person, with strong and clear results orientation.
  • High level of commitment and service orientation.
  • Outgoing and open-minded interaction with customers and employees.
  • High degree of ability to work in a team.
  • Good skills in communication.
  • Languages: English 
  • Two years of experience in similar positions.
  • Availability to travel
