P&C Technician (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

 

- Attend meetings with the Works Council and manage daily relations with them.
- Apply when necessary, Company policies coordinating with other departments.
- Manage administrative tasks such as: daily attendance, contracts, external contractors, questions about payroll…
- Manage recruiting processes (publish job offers, interviews…) to adapt seize of the plant to manufacturing needs. 
- Manage the on boarding and off boarding process of the employees. 
- Tracking and monitoring the annual health workforce.
- Give support on the year training plan.
- Give support on the GF when needed.
- Reporting KPIs weekly and monthly to the Plant Manager.
- Analyse and track the annual plant P&C Budget. 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

- you have a degree on Industrial Relations, Business Management, Law or similar.

- you have >8 years of broad HR experience - also within a manufacturing environment.

- you are fluent in Spanish and English. Skills in German are a plus.

- you have worked in an international environment.

- you have a structured approach to complex topics but at the same time an hands-on-approach to crisis-situations.
