P&C Technician (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:
- Attend meetings with the Workers Council and manage daily interactions with them.
- Apply when needed, Company policies in coordination with other departments.
- Manage administrative tasks such as: daily attendance, contracts, external contractors, questions about payroll…
- Manage massive recruiting processes (publish job offers, interviews…) to adapt seize of the plant to manufacturing needs.
- Manage the on boarding and off boarding process of the employees.
- Tracking and monitoring the annual medical check of the workforce.
- Elaborate and track the year training plan adapting it to the budget and real needs.
- Give support on the GF when needed.
- Reporting KPIs weekly and monthly to the Plant Manager.
- Analyse and track the annual plant P&C Budget in coordination with the GLF & Finance.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Laws or Business Administration.
- Leadership skills and high commitment.
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SHRM certification preferred.
- Highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for driving business objectives through strategic.
- Available to travel occasionally.
