The Team from Global Process & System Management SCM Blades will be the Key User Expert in all SAP Projects (Aura, One PLM, etc.).
This Position is for leading the team and for the Material Management area to strengthen our SCM Global Blades team.

  • Lead and develop Global Process & System experts.
  • Analysis of existing processes, improvement thereof, and design of new processes and KPI.
  • Maintain resource overview to reflect workload of the team.
  • Material Management responsible in SCM Global Process & System Management.
  • Define the “IT Blue Print” in all global SAP / S4 Hana Projects for Material Management.
  • Define and implement global processes and Global KPI in Material Management Area.
  • Knowledge Transfer in all local Material Management Areas.
  • Development of Digital Supplier Connection SNC + EDI.
  • Creation of Global Working Instructions.
  • Responsible for SAP User Acceptance Test, 2nd-Level Support + SNC / EDI.
  • Develop Continuous Improvement Measures in Material Management.
  • Creation of business cases for SAP developments.
  • Communication and Workaround with all local Key User for Material Management Topics.
  • Proactive coordination of unexpected problems – to optimize the Supply Chain.



  • Degree in business administration or similar.
  • Knowledge in spoken and written English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, good communication skills, commitment and dedication.
  • High resilience and initiative.
  • High Knowledge in SAP Module, MM, WM, PP and MS Office.
  • Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in SAP Moduls.
  • Experience in Digital Supplier Connections SNC & EDI.
  • High problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical and structured ability to work.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong ownership to design and continuous improvement.
  • Process Understanding and systematic way of working.
