Working Student (m/f/d) PM/EPC Training

The Global PM/EPC department is a support department for the operational businesses in Division Europe and Division International. In the PM/EPC Support structure, a new training organization is set-up to support the operational activities on site. The main task of this department is to analyse and define the needs, to develop concepts and training programs and implement them in line with the company guidance to target 100% trained employees on our wind turbine project sites.
YOUR TASKS
- Organisation and coordination of learning, technical training, qualification programs and other events
- Support in communication with internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Documentation, Participant and Training support
- Administrative activities and support in operational business and special issues
- The possibility to take part in Learning Experience / Instructional Design projects.
YOUR PROFILE
- Registered student (m/f/d) in the field of economics, education, psychology, or a comparable field of study
- Interested in people development, training; ideally first experience in this area.
- Good English skills
- Safe with MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Committed, independent and structured way of working.
- Reliable, open and communicative personality
- Interest in Learning Experince Design software (such as articulate, Powtoon, etc.)
