In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of suppliers to ensure they meet the company's standards and requirements. You will analyze supplier data, identify areas for improvement, and work with suppliers to develop and implement corrective action plans. As a Supplier Quality & Perfomance Manager (m/f/d) you also maintain supplier scorecards and provide regular reports to management on supplier performance. The role requires strong analytical skills, mindfulness, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Act as liaison between construction sites, project management, and procurement
  • Monitor supplier performance and escalate critical issues
  • Align supplier capabilities with project timelines and technical needs
  • Coordinate corrective actions based on site feedback
  • Support risk assessments and mitigation planning
  • Ensure clear communication across all involved departments
  • Contribute to supplier onboarding and compliance with standards

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Experience in construction project management, supplier management, or sourcing
  • Knowledge of quality improvement programs, data analysis, and supplier performance metrics
  • Familiarity with wind energy projects and supply chain processes is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (minimum B2)
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally within the EU
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
