Business Development Manager (m/f/d) After Sales

The Nordex After Sales team is part of the Service Product Management, Division Europe. We steer the development of the After Sales business, manage the product portfolio and support the regions in growing their After Sales revenues. Become part of a highly motivated and talented team and ensure attractive product offerings for our customers, from global utilities to local communities.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead strategic projects to continuously improve and grow Nordex After Sales business

  • Develop and implement After Sales strategies and business models

  • Identify and define After Sales Services and products

  • Perform analysis of the After Sales market

  • Optimize processes and reporting

 

YOUR PROFILE

In addition to being a team-player and enjoying working in an international, dynamic environment, you

  • have successfully completed university or similar with at least 5 years’ experience in service business, product management or sales in a b2b market or in a consultancy environment

  • have well-founded knowledge in after sales, sales, service strategy development, preferably in renewable energies

  • have experience in successfully leading complex projects

  • have experience with SAP and business intelligence reporting

  • bring a high degree of customer orientation and ownership

  • are able to convincingly communicate with different stakeholders on all management levels

  • are proactive and result-driven

  • are fluent in English. German is a big plus
