(Junior) Service Sales Manager (m/f/d)

The main task of the (Junior) Service Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Division Europe is to actively negotiate the Nordex maintenance & service agreements and thus maintain most favorable terms and conditions for Nordex and our customers.
The position is located in our HQ in Hamburg.
TASKS
- Preparation of project specific pricing and conditions
- Negotiation of service contracts for wind turbines
- Responsible for technical and commercial clarification of customer requirements regarding service contracts
- Management of large tenders in regards of service matters (preparation of documents and interface to other departments)
- Support sales team regarding all service related matters as a member of the extended sales team
- Professional presentation of service contract offerings towards the customer including cost benefit argumentation
- Continuous market observation of customer needs and trends in order to support the development of the service product portfolio
- Responsible to achieve order intake ambition and further KPIs within the region
YOUR PROFILE
- Interested to work in the growing business area of service for wind turbines
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Law
- Masters degree or other advanced certification in a related area would be an advantage
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in contract sales
- Experience with long-term service contracts in sales contract management and / or sales experience is an advantage
- Experience with sales to utilities or from wind industry / power generation is an advantage
- Proactive and result orientated with strategic and analytical skills
- Negotiation skill and strong team spirit
- Excellent in both written and spoken English
- Ready to travel on a regular basis
